Q: What type of media player do I need to watch WAL-TV / listen to KZOW?

A: These streams require the quicktime media player 6 which you can download here.

Q: Why does the stream play choppy or not show up?

A: A 56 kbs connection is needed to listen to KZOW, and a 112 kbs connection is needed to watch WAL-TV.

Q: Why do I get sound for WAL-TV, but no picture?

A: You need a connection of 112 kbs or above and the connection speed for your quicktime player needs to be set at 112 kbs or above.  (Directions to change your connection speed)
